Project involved development of a Brisbane Housing Commission residential unit complex, consisting of 64 low cost residential housing units, over 6 buildings. PSE was awarded the electrical design contract
Site featured multi-level buildings, central community area, laundry, facilities areas and courtyard area. Due to the short time frame of construction, full design was completed in 3 weeks.
Development was a brand new apartment block in Chermside Qld adjacent Westfield shopping centre, where high density housing has been consistently growing
Building involved a 57 unit, 7 level high rise unit building and 2 basement car park levels. Energy efficient LED lighting was incorporated throughout and a wall wash lighting feature was designed to site frontage. Streetscape Brisbane city council lighting at entrance to site as directed on DA conditions, due to the fact that unit size would increase traffic in that area
NBN allowances were also included in the unit development allowing required cable pathways from each service riser to final unit NBN main frame. Level services cupboards were also designed to NBN required compliances
Project involved new 5 storey 25 unit developments, consisting of residential units throughout and double storey basement car park. PSE was awarded the electrical design and construct project
Project involved a new multi residential building in Cleveland Qld, adjacent to Moreton Bay. Development comprised of 3 levels, 35 units and a basement car park level. PSE were commissioned for the electrical and mechanical services design contract.
Multi split system air conditioning were designed for the units and a ventilation system in the basement car park. NBN site infrastructure was also provided throughout enabling high speed internet to each unit
Project involved new 5 storey 19 unit mixed use development, consisting of commercial units at ground level and a combination of residential and offices for remaining levels. PSE was awarded the electrical design and construct project in alliance with our client, the electrical contractor
