Client: Electrical Contractor

 

Discipline: Education 

 

Completion: Late 2012

 

Project was a Greenfield school development in Wynnum, Qld. PSE was awarded the electrical design and construct contract. School consisted of sporting fields, classroom, administration buildings and an Olympic size swimming pool. A new council bus stop was also constructed at the front of the school

Green star electrical energy efficient has been incorporated to some buildings on site, with one being awarded 6 star rating of maximum energy efficiency and environment impact

Electrical services made use of energy efficient LED lighting controlled by motion sensors and energy metering at every switchboard. Window lighting was connected to daylight sensors, working with ambient light to maintain sufficient light levels inside room, whilst saving energy.
